Managing Stress Together: A Youth Mental Health Seminar

Stress can show up in quiet ways. It can affect sleep, motivation, school, work, relationships, and even the way we speak to ourselves. YPCA is inviting young people to join an honest and supportive online conversation about stress, anxiety, and practical ways to feel more grounded.
Hosted by Orhan Aslan, this session will create space to explore what stress can look like in daily life, why anxiety can feel overwhelming, and how small coping tools can help us slow down and regain perspective. The goal is not to have every answer. It is to give participants a place where they can listen, reflect, and feel less alone.
During the seminar, we will talk about common causes of stress, healthy ways to respond when life feels heavy, and simple techniques that can support calmness in everyday moments. Participants will also have the opportunity to join a respectful Q&A conversation and ask questions in a comfortable setting.
Whether you have been feeling overwhelmed lately, want to support someone close to you, or simply want to understand mental health a little better, this session is for you. Join us online for a thoughtful evening of learning, reflection, and real conversation.
