Athletic Academy is a project under the umbrella of Young Professionals Canada (YPCA) with the belief that sport is one of the most powerful, inclusive, and fastest ways to bring young people together. YPCA has been organizing professionally structured programs for young adults aged 18–35 living in Canada, and through Athletic Academy, we channel the unifying power of sports into community building, personal development, and long-term engagement. Beyond competition, our focus is on teamwork, solidarity, responsibility, and creating meaningful social bonds in an environment that is both enjoyable and growth-oriented.

Seasonal Leagues & Tournaments

We organize seasonal leagues and tournaments across Fall, Winter, and Summer, ensuring year-round engagement and continuity for our community.

Soccer

We organize one major soccer tournament, for each season, each league bringing 120 youth, fostering competitive spirit, teamwork, healing and community connection.

Volleyball

As of January 2026, we launched our first official Winter Volleyball League, including both women’s and men’s divisions, engaging 120+ participants and expanding inclusive access to team sports.

Basketball

Our Basketball Leagues are half court, streetball style, hosting over 40 youth, further diversifying our team sport offerings.

Individual Sports & Outdoor Activities

In addition to team sports, we maintain an active calendar for individual sports and recreational activities, including tennis, table tennis, and trekking.

At Athletic Academy, our aim is to build a fully inclusive, professionally managed sports organization—one that leaves no one behind and creates space for both competitive and recreational participation across all levels.
