Mental Health Seminar Recap: Coping with Stress and Anxiety

On Friday, April 24, YPCA hosted an online seminar focused on two of the most common challenges many of us face: stress and anxiety. The session brought together community members via Zoom for an informative and open conversation led by speaker Orhan Aslan.

Orhan walked attendees through practical methods for handling difficult emotions, offering everyday approaches that can realistically be worked into busy routines. The discussion covered how to build mental resilience over time, along with clear roadmaps for long-term well-being, moving beyond quick fixes toward sustainable habits and mindsets.

People asked honest questions, shared what they've been going through, and listened to others who understood. Stress and anxiety can be quiet and isolating. You are not the only one carrying it. These conversations matter, and YPCA hopes to keep making space for more of them.
